Retraction

Advertisements for the PowerTX product, which we published on this website and broadcast on Channel 10, should not have been published or broadcast.

The advertisements unlawfully made claims that the PowerTX product could have therapeutic benefits, including reducing cellulite, making the body firmer, improving strength and muscle tone, improving fitness, stimulating muscle reaction, increasing blood circulation, helping to eliminate toxins from the body, breaking down fat cells, and burning fat.

A complaint about the advertisement was recently upheld by the Complaints Resolution Panel. The Panel found that the claims made in the advertisement were unlawful and breached the Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code.

The Panel therefore requires that Global Shop Direct publish this retraction.
